1. Ordering the delivery of goods by courier service (Nova Poshta)
• Upon receipt, be sure to check the availability of all goods according to your order, as well as its appearance: the integrity of the packaging, facades and glass elements (mirrors) for chips, cracks, scratches, etc.
• All orders are checked by our employees, as well as employees of Nova Poshta when sending.
• All parcels are insured. The carrier is solely responsible for delivering the package to you undamaged.
• In case of damage to the goods or incomplete equipment, it is necessary to draw up an act (claim) in the presence of an employee of the carrier company. Be sure to tell us about what happened by contacting any of the numbers listed in the CONTACTS section. If defects or incomplete equipment are noticed later, the carrier may refuse compensation.
2. Ordering the delivery of goods by our transport or self-delivery
Upon receipt, be sure to check the availability of all goods according to the order form, as well as the appearance of the goods: the integrity of the factory packaging, facades and glass elements (mirrors) for chips, cracks, scratches, etc.
3. IMPORTANT:
• When ordering, consider the size of your own and interfloor doorways, as well as the dimensions of the desired furniture model.
• Please keep all packaging and documents provided by our company.
Payment Methods
Cash on delivery: at the Nova Poshta office (minus the prepayment).
Cash: to the courier upon receipt.
Bank transfer: in any bank of Ukraine according to the account number (delivery of goods is possible after receipt of 100% payment to the account).
